В городе с таким громким названием когда-то был судоремонтный завод, от которого к нынешнему моменту мало что осталось — руины цехов да несколько утонувших посудин, так и не дождавшихся ремонта.

In town with such a loud name as Sovetskaya Gavan («Soviet harbor») there used to be the shipyard, from which to this moment there is little left — the ruins of the workshops and a few sunken vessels, which were waiting to be repaired.
